Are you an organised, proactive, and people-focused professional who thrives on keeping things running smoothly? Our client, a respected and growing specialist construction company, is looking for an enthusiastic Office Manager to become a key part of their team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll have real influence. You'll work closely with senior leadership, support the wider team, and help shape an efficient, positive workplace culture.

The role

As Office Manager, you'll be at the centre of the business, responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day office operations and facilities
  • Supporting HR and finance processes
  • Coordinating diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Liaising with suppliers and managing contracts and office supplies
  • Acting as the go-to person for all operational and administrative needs
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience in office management or a senior administrative role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-focused attitude
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
  • Standard hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
  • Flexible working available (e.g. 9:30/10:00am - 3:30/4:00pm), provided you can work five days per week
