Banner Ltd. is seeking an organised Office Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our major locations, including Altrincham and Trowbridge. You will maintain clean, functional workspaces and provide prompt administrative support across sites.
The role is permanent, 32-40 hours per week, primarily on-site with occasional hybrid work. You will coordinate facilities, manage suppliers, and support directors with travel and events, aligning with our sustainability commitments and values.

To ensure the efficient running of our major locations through maintaining clear and functional workspaces and providing prompt administrative support. Primarily the role will be responsible for our Trowbridge and Altrincham locations - the Office Manager can be based in either location. Other locations have an on-site manager whom you may be required to support on an ad hoc basis.

Supporting the Group Safety & Facilities Manager as required and on request:
Ad hoc and on request, support with administration, coordination, research and documentation pertaining to property i.e. lease renewals, new property searches, property exit processes
This role is permanent, working 32-40 hours per week spread over 4 to 5 days, Monday to Friday. Occasional hybrid working possible, though primarily this is an on-site role. Occasional travel may be required with business miles reimbursed at the prevailing rate. Very occasional evening, weekend or bank holiday working may be required for special events.
