Portico are lucky to be the chosen service partner for providing front of house services at the offices of one of the world’s most famous banking institutions, and we are looking for an Office Host Supervisor (Colleague Support Supervisor) to oversee our team of 4 based in the banks Westcliff-on-sea, Chatham and Norwich offices.

The role of Colleague Support Supervisor is to ensure that the team is managed to provide the highest level of customer care and personal service to all stakeholders in the clients' business.

This is an operational role, so in addition to inspiring and motivating your team to deliver exceptional service across the offices, you will also be hands on in the offices yourself.

The role will be primarily based in Westcliff-on-sea, but monthly travel to the Chatham and Norwich offices will be required. Travel costs will be covered.

Shifts: 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shift between the hours of 7am and 3:30pm, Mon-Fri

Salary: £33,915 per annum

Qualifications

Previous experience of managing a large team within a customer service environment is essential.

The successful candidate must be comfortable with regular travel and have impeccable time management skills.

They will be proactive with a can‑do attitude, and the ability to prioritise their workload.
