Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful accountancy firm based in North Wales and the Northwest of England. The company have over 15 locations in this region.

The role will be busy and varied, overseeing a team of Graduate and Trainee Accountants/Bookkeepers and monitoring workflow.

CRM responsibilities
  • Monitor and oversee a CRM system which tracks workflow
  • Deal with complaints
  • Monitor flow of information
  • Monitoring targets
  • Some HR duties such as monitoring holidays and sickness
  • Overseeing training budget/CPDs
  • Note taking
  • Chasing up on projects
  • Overseeing the recruitment workflow liaising with the external agent
  • Predicting future issues
  • Pre-empting planning strategy alongside management team
  • Health & Safety
CRM reporting
  • Credit control
  • Client communications
  • Phone calls
  • Letters
  • Targets
  • Production rates
  • Scheduling holidays
  • Contracts
  • Assisting with payroll
