Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly successful accountancy firm based in North Wales and the Northwest of England. The company have over 15 locations in this region.
The role will be busy and varied, overseeing a team of Graduate and Trainee Accountants/Bookkeepers and monitoring workflow.
CRM responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee a CRM system which tracks workflow
- Deal with complaints
- Monitor flow of information
- Monitoring targets
- Some HR duties such as monitoring holidays and sickness
- Overseeing training budget/CPDs
- Note taking
- Chasing up on projects
- Overseeing the recruitment workflow liaising with the external agent
- Predicting future issues
- Pre-empting planning strategy alongside management team
- Health & Safety
CRM reporting
- Credit control
- Client communications
- Phone calls
- Letters
- Targets
- Production rates
- Scheduling holidays
- Contracts
- Assisting with payroll
