Job Opportunity: Office Coordinator in Brighton

Robert Half Office Team is currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator based in Brighton for a 6-month, part-time role (3 days per week) with an exciting growing tech company.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with office events
  • Restock the fridge
  • Promote company culture, organize charity days, etc.
  • Collect mail
  • Cover reception duties
  • Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed
  • Serve as the main point of contact between company offices
  • Manage contracts with cleaners, gardeners, and other contractors

  • Location: Brighton
