Job summary

ABM UK is seeking an Office Corporate Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations for client office spaces. The role requires strong leadership to guide a team, ensure high cleaning standards, and maintain safety compliance.

You will train staff, coordinate schedules, monitor supplies, and support portal-based processes under the supervision of the Cleaning Manager. A blue-chip experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising large cleaning teams in a corporate setting.
• Knowledge of office cleaning techniques and products.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; health and safety aware.
• Experience with health and safety portals and digital processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning team to ensure efficient operations
• Train and onboard new cleaning staff
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards
• Manage cleaning schedules and assignments
• Provide guidance to cleaning staff and address issues
• Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance
• Support the cleaning manager with digital portals and HR portal
• Attend client meetings/huddles and assist during leave coverage
