Job summary

Anabas (UK 2) Ltd is seeking a reliable Housekeeper for a prestigious client site in London City. You will join a professional cleaning team to keep the workplace clean, safe and presentable, following agreed standards and procedures.

Hours are 30 per week, 06:30-13:30 or 11:00-18:00 with a 1 hour lunch; training provided. The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and delivering an excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional cleaning preferred; full training provided.
• Good command of English speaking and reading.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
• Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
• Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
• Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your supervisor.
• Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
• Support colleagues and supervisors where needed to deliver an excellent service.
• Attention to detail in this job is key
• Floor care and surface cleaning as needed.
• Putting away the delivery’s when they arrive
• Dealing with minor spills as and when they happen
• Restocking supplies around the office toilets, kitchen and the main office where needed.
• Collecting glasses from the client desks
• Restocking the kitchen cupboards and cutlery
• Ensuring the office is clean and tidy
• Waste management – emptying the rubbish and recycling bins
• Any other reasonable request given by the company
