Concept Resources are recruiting a reliable Part-Time Cleaner to work at a government office in Ipswich. This long-term temporary role offers consistent afternoon and early evening shifts. You will perform cleaning of offices, washrooms and communal areas, with BPSS clearance required.

The position requires you to work independently and reliably using a clocking-in system and, if needed, an alarm system. Ideal candidates have previous commercial cleaning experience and can provide Right to Work

Qualifikationen

• Experience in commercial cleaning.
• BPSS clearance required or willingness to obtain.
• Right to Work documentation must be provided.
• Comfortable working alone.
• Able to operate clocking-in and alarm systems.

Aufgaben

• Clean offices, communal areas, corridors and washrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors.
• Dust and sanitise desks and high-touch surfaces.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Replenish washroom supplies.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Work independently and complete assigned cleaning tasks.
• Follow site health and safety procedures.
• Use telephone-based attendance system.
• Follow site security procedures, including key holding and alarm operation.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the allocated shift.
