Job summary

Pinnacle Group is recruiting an experienced Office Cleaner for the Pinnacle Workplace team based at Thorpe Business Park, Colton LS15, Leeds. This permanent part-time role offers 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday 3.30pm - 6.30pm, with an immediate start.

You will help maintain a clean, safe environment across offices and meeting rooms, adhering to COSHH and health & safety standards, and supporting a welcoming workplace for staff and visitors.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning large facilities and offices.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety practices.
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Damp and spot mop, dust and polish surfaces including fixtures and fittings; sanitise touchpoints and skirting boards.
• Remove waste from internal bins in offices and meeting rooms.
• Clean staff facilities, including kitchens, toilets and hand basins; replenish toilet paper and hand soap.

To assist with the cleanliness and upkeep of a large building, its offices and meeting rooms to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff and visitors.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

We are offering a Permanent Part-Time Role of 15 hours per week Monday to Friday 3.30pm - 6.30pm - With an immediate start

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings, sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces, including skirting boards and window sills within easy reach
• Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms
• Cleaning staff facilities, including the kitchen area, toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels

Key requirements will include:

• Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety
• Good timekeeping and attendance are important
• Ability to work to laid-down schedules.
