Redwing Solutions Ltd, a friendly HR consultancy based in Redditch, Worcestershire, is seeking an HR Consultant to join a small, supportive team. You will provide expert employment law and HR advice to managers, business owners and in-house HR professionals.

You will coach managers through complex employee relations cases, draft letters and policies, and help clients navigate disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and TUPE scenarios while ensuring commercially focused, legally compliant decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant HR generalist experience with UK employment legislation.
• Extensive employee relations expertise across disciplinary, grievance and absence cases.
• Experience in regulated environments with external bodies (helpful, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Advise managers on complex disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence cases.
• Advise on restructuring, redundancy and TUPE projects as needed.
• Coach managers through challenging issues to enable compliant decisions.
• Produce high-quality letters, templates, policies, procedures and guidance documents.
• Build lasting client relationships and maintain knowledge sharing within the team.
