Job summary

Môrwell Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts & Payroll Assistant for a fully office-based role in Pontyclun. You will support day-to-day finance operations, covering accounts payable, payroll administration and general ledger tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a varied accounts role including payroll responsibilities.
• Ability to process monthly payroll accurately for UK employees.
• Good understanding of accounts payable, reconciliations and payments.
• Familiarity with payroll legislation, pensions and deductions.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Administer monthly payroll for ~80 UK employees.
• Maintain payroll records, pensions and employee benefits.
• Assist with general finance administration and month-end tasks.
• Support expense processing and SAP Concur workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements and reporting.
