Position: Office Assistant

Location: Warrington (Easily accessible from the M62)

Salary: £25,000‑£27,750

Hours: Monday‑Friday 8am‑4pm – Office Based

The Role :

As Office Assistant you will take on a varied and challenging role. The aim of the role is to create a welcoming, safe, clean and well‑maintained office environment where all our key stakeholders have all the amenities / facilities needed to work safely and effectively. The duties include :

  • Open the office and ensuring the office is set up for the day ahead.
  • Manage all servicing, repairs and general office maintenance.
  • Liaise with our Health and Safety providers to ensure our building remains health and safety compliant.
  • Managing all the annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly health and safety tasks, for example, annual office risk assessment and DSE risk assessments
  • Managing the IT equipment including set up of laptops and wiping of old laptops with the support of our external IT provider.
  • Managing office supplies including IT equipment, stationery, tea, coffee, etc.
  • Office administration including managing the meeting room diary system, managing Talos360 office inbox.
  • Supporting key stakeholders with any events within the office, including social team events, customer events, etc.
  • Managing the service level agreement with the office cleaning contractor
  • Ensuring all communal areas within the office remain clean and tidy.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and offering refreshments.Supporting the People Director with ESG initiatives.
  • Managing equipment asset trackers.
  • Managing the stock and distribution of all IT equipment.
  • Managing new starter equipment process – ensuring all new starters have the right equipment to fulfil their role.
  • Dealing with any ad‑hoc administration tasks
  • Support People Director with HR Administration tasks.

  • Previous experience within an administration role
  • Be able to dynamically multitask with the ability to prioritise tasks, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
