A charitable organization in Edinburgh is seeking an Office and Facilities Administrator to ensure smooth front operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will excel in office administration, communicate effectively, and be capable of supporting teams while engaging with visitors, including children with disabilities. The Yard is an award-winning charity that runs adventure play services for children with disabilities and/or additional support needs and their families.
As Office & Facilities Administrator, you will ensure the smooth running of the front of house function, as well as providing general support and administrative duties to other teams.
You will be a key part of the team, welcoming families, groups and visitors to The Yard Edinburgh, and also providing support to our Office & Facilities Manager in managing the membership database, health & safety processes and tracking of centre maintenance.
