Job description

MWH Treatment would like to strengthen their Business support team with Office Administrator on a temporary basis, based in our Hattersley office. You’d play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our office and help the Executive Assistant (EA) with a variety of admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mail: Sorting, scanning, filing and franking mail, including postal runs to the local post office.
  • General Office: Oversee day‑to‑day tasks including coffee machine upkeep. Creating office passes for new starters. Maintaining and ordering office supplies, including groceries and stationery. Answering telephone professionally and courteously.
  • Courier: Arrange company‑wide courier services using Inxpress software.
  • Assistance: Help the EA with tasks such as expenses and time sheets for the senior leadership team.
  • Archiving: Managing and processing company archives.
  • Meetings: Coordinate meeting room bookings and order lunches for meetings and events as required. Book external meeting rooms when required.
  • Additional Tasks: Performing other ad hoc duties such as running office events/charity days. Ensure the office environment remains clean, tidy, and well‑presented. Operating internal systems and software (training provided).

Contract: Temporary until 18th February 2026
Hours: 37.5 per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm)
