  • Identify sales opportunities independently.

Job Title: Office Administrator - Mandarin Speaking UK Location: Kellington, North Yorkshire

Euro Auctions conducts unreserved auctions of industrial plant, construction equipment and agricultural machinery on a global basis with sites in the UK, Europe, UAE, Australia, US and Canada. We are the market leader in Europe, holding more sales and selling more lots per sale than any other auction house.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual that has a passion for equipment, be that construction, agricultural or automotive. You will quickly become a respected member of the team and develop rounded business skills that will serve you regardless of where your future takes you.

Key Activities:
  • Coordinating the transportation heavy equipment.
  • Assist with obtaining quotes and raising customer and purchase orders.
  • Assist with coordinating third party equipment being shipped and transported worldwide ensuring all loads are hauled timely meeting all auction and shipping deadlines.
  • Making out-bound telephone calls to new and existing customers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use your initiative to identify sales opportunities.
The Requirements
  • Proficiency in entire MS Office Suite, with attention to detail.
  • Solid organisational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin.
