The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of office administration experience, strong IT skills in Microsoft 365, and a confident demeanor in client interactions. Office Administrator
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator with previous administration experience in an office environment. Reporting to the Practice Manager the individual will play a key part in supporting the day to day running of the practice, dealing with email/telephone/postal enquiries, and providing general support to the architectural and surveying teams, and Directors as required. Ideally, you will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience of using accounting software. You must also have great attention to detail, be an excellent team player and have the ability to work on your own initiative.

As the Office Administrator you will provide high-quality administrative support in a confident and positive manner to the Management Team, to include diary management and email monitoring. In addition, provide administrative and secretarial support, to include occasional audio typing, to other fee earners within the practice.
