A commercial property consultancy is seeking a highly organized Office Administrator for a fixed-term maternity cover contract. Our clients range from local and regional companies to large PLC organisations across Wearside, Tyneside, Northumberland, County Durham, and Teesside. We offer a broad spectrum of services, including Property Marketing and Acquisition, Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals,, Property Management, and Valuations.
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. As an integral part of our firm, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our office and assist our team of commercial property surveyors in delivering excellent service to clients.
Experience/knowledge of working within the commercial property sector would be beneficial although not essential.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional environment, managing varied responsibilities, and supporting a busy team.
The successful candidate will be based at our city centre office at 51 Frederick Street Sunderland. A fixed term contract of approximately 11 months will be offered from January – December 2026 working 3 set days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) 9am – 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch and car parking will be provided.
