A glazing company in Welwyn Hatfield is seeking an organized individual for a hybrid role focusing on customer service and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, editing the engineers' diary, and data entry using Microsoft Office. The role is fast-paced, requiring effective handling of customer queries and assistance with deliveries, ensuring smooth business operations.
We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic person to join our growing family business. This is a hybrid role best suited to someone able to work under pressure, with both high levels of Microsoft Office competency, along with the physical ability to manage / offload regular deliveries to ensure the smooth running of our fast paced glazing business.
The required working hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm from Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday hours available. A lunch hour is provided within the salary. Please note we do not offer an ability to work from home, with all of the listed hours to be carried out at our head office based in Welwyn Garden City.
