Business Administrator Apprentice

We’re looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our team as fully funded SCQF Level 6 Business Administrator Apprenticeships. This role offers you an opportunity to kick‑start your career, develop your skills, and grow professionally.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
  • Handling incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Supporting colleagues to manage their workloads effectively, preventing any missed deadlines.
  • Updating Management Information Systems to capture and report accurate data, whilst adhering to timelines.
  • Engaging with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Contributing to team projects and initiatives.
  • Providing support for planning applications.
