A law firm in Central England is seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator to provide front-of-house support and assist with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be highly organized. This is a part-time role, working 3 days a week, offering benefits such as pension scheme, bonus, and annual leave.
We have an opportunity to hire a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our busy Central England office. The objective of this position will be to be the front of house support for the office, answering the telephone, meeting clients, providing refreshments, and generally looking after the housekeeping of the meeting suite. Also, while working collaboratively with the wider operations team to provide support in the administrative function of the office to ensure a consistent offering of service across all offices.
Whilst previous reception and/or administration experience is beneficial, we’re also keen to speak to someone who may even be looking for their first office role and is keen to develop themselves within a professional environment.
