A law firm in Central England is seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator to provide front-of-house support and assist with various administrative tasks. About the Role

We have an opportunity to hire a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our busy Central England office. The objective of this position will be to be the front of house support for the office, answering the telephone, meeting clients, providing refreshments, and generally looking after the housekeeping of the meeting suite. Also, while working collaboratively with the wider operations team to provide support in the administrative function of the office to ensure a consistent offering of service across all offices.

Whilst previous reception and/or administration experience is beneficial, we’re also keen to speak to someone who may even be looking for their first office role and is keen to develop themselves within a professional environment.

This Is a Versatile Role, Typical Duties Will Include
  • Call answering
  • Front of house duties
  • Assisting with room preparation, ordering lunches, and arranging refreshments where required
  • Housekeeping
  • Supporting the wider team with incoming post including distributing, scanning, and filing to our systems
  • Supporting the wider team with the outgoing post which may include preparing letters to clients
  • Assisting with ordering office supplies and equipment
  • Ad-hoc scanning or copying of files
  • This is a part-time role, working 3 days a week*
