Our client is a very successful and established manufacturing business and Staffbase has been appointed to recruit for the position of Office Administrator.

Salary £29K - £30K

The Role

The Office Administrator will undertake a range of administration duties which will include but is not limited to the following:

  • Effectively process all incoming enquiries by phone and email
  • Accurately process incoming sales orders received by phone & email
  • Organise transport and produce delivery notes etc etc
  • Reconcile production records and maintain accurate records / data on the company ERP/MRP systems
  • Organise post - outgoing and incoming
  • Other general record keeping and admin duties
Candidate

You will have previous Office Administrator experience preferably in the manufacturing sector. Applicants will be highly motivated, organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Hours Of Work

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
