Office Administrator — Full Time — £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE) — Wolverhampton

The role: We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as our office administrator. This is a varied and dynamic position providing key administrative support. You will be an integral part of the team to ensure the smooth running of day to day office tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support
  • Maintain and update documents, databases and spreadsheets
  • Handle internal communication and task co-ordination
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to manage data
  • Prepare reports, documents and meeting materials as needed
  • Manage ad hoc tasks, projects and admin duties with minimal supervision
What We Look For
  • Previous experience in a administrative role - preferred but not required
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets
  • Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and fast-paced environments
