Our client, a well-established business in Witney, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their close-knit and professional office team. With a strong presence in the UK and Europe, the company continues to grow and diversify its product range - and they're looking for someone who's organised, accurate, and ready to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Opportunity

This is a varied, office-based role where no two days are quite the same. You'll support both finance and stock control functions, helping to ensure that supplier information, product data, and financial records are always accurate and up to date. Working closely with colleagues across departments, you'll play a vital role in keeping operations efficient and well-coordinated.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Stock & Admin Support
  • Raise and track purchase orders with suppliers, keeping delivery information current
  • Maintain key spreadsheets for deliveries, expenditure forecasts, and product details
  • Set up new product records and pricing information
  • Keep supplier and cost databases accurate and complete
  • Update customer price files and product details within SAP
  • Finance Support
  • Process and record stock and purchase ledger invoices
  • Post payments to supplier and customer accounts
  • Reconcile supplier statements and support month‑end processes
