Job description

Wrexham Mineral Cables is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join our current Sales team at our factory in Ruabon, Wrexham.

The role is part‑time, Monday – Friday 08:00‑14:00 and exceeds the National Minimum Wage.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the successful candidate will become an integral part of the Sales team and will actively contribute to the office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Processing invoices for accounts
  • Raising orders for suppliers
  • Providing quotes for customers
  • Processing, checking and tracking customer purchase orders
  • Customer communication and support
  • Filing of office documentation such as quote logs or production reports
  • Data entry
  • Supporting other Sales Team Members with day‑to‑day requests when required
Desired skills
  • Computer literate with basic use of Microsoft packages (Word, Outlook, Excel) – essential
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Fluent English – written and spoken
  • Educated to GCSE or equivalent level
