Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a rapidly expanding business based in Sheffield, who are seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their supportive and friendly team.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to take their first step into an office environment. You will gain hands-on experience across a variety of administrative tasks, while also developing valuable skills within basic finance and accounts support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with general office administration, including filing, scanning and data entry

  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth office operations

  • Helping to maintain accurate records and internal documents

  • Providing basic finance support, such as processing invoices and updating spreadsheets

  • Handling incoming enquiries and offering professional customer service where required

Skills & Experience:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Confident communication skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
