Hours of Work: Office Based, Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, 37.5 hours/week

As an Office Administrator, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support operations at our Head Office. Your responsibilities will include reception and switchboard duties, ordering and managing office supplies, handling mail and packages, passing customer enquiries onto field operatives, and managing the company's fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • First point of contact for reception and switchboard
  • Managing the company’s mobile phone contract
  • Liaising with insurance providers for both fleet and liability cover
  • Overseeing our small fleet of vehicles, including maintenance, inspection and repair
  • Working closely with drivers and suppliers, such as vehicle maintenance providers, breakdown company, fuel suppliers and insurance companies
  • Managing penalty charges and insurance claims
Office Administrator Requirements
  • Previous admin experience essential
  • Clean driving licence and competent at driving cars and light commercial vans
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Exceptional planning, organising, and diary management abilities
