BMSL Group are recruiting for an Office Administrator.

BMSL are a national construction sector recruitment business that work with construction companies, assisting with the recruitment for site and office staff.

Working hours: Monday to Friday - hours can be flexible / discussed

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with our delivery and support teams to ensure the highest standards of service and compliance.
  • Managing the weekly timesheet collection and process the hours.
  • Booking new candidates to respective jobs on the in house database.
  • Liaising with clients on the phone and email.
  • Any other office administrator duties.
About You
  • Proven experience within an administrator role - ideally in the Construction, M&E / Building Services sector but not essential.
  • Confident in business relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and commercially astute.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
