Qualifications

  • 1 year or more experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must hold a valid UK Driving License and access to their own vehicle.

Job Title: Office Admin

Location: Stansted

Employment Type: 1 Year Contract

Shifts: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5 PM

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will be responsible for the daily administrative duties, to ensure a safe, efficient, and enjoyable customer experience to all. Assisting in the lounge when operationally required, the role is offered on a fixed term basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keep staff fully informed of changes in working practices and Operational procedures.
  • Carry out Return to Work Interviews in line with Company Absence Management Policy.
  • Adopt a flexible approach to working hours providing assistance in the lounge when required.
  • Ensure that the presentation and cleanliness of the FBO areas, offices, building, and equipment is maintained and anything which needs attention is reported.
  • Provide monthly data to the CEO.
  • Provide Administrative assistance to the CEO and Ramp Manager as and when required.
  • Monitor Company uniform standards to ensure they are always adhered to by all staff and inform the direct line manager when uniform standards are not being correctly followed.
  • Update training files, monitor training requirements, expiry dates and book training courses for both new and existing employees.
  • Monitor GSE maintenance records and book all applicable services in a timely manner.
  • Monitor the lease and maintenance of all company vehicles and book all applicable services in a timely manner.
  • Manage Security equipment maintenance, report faults and rectify in a timely manner.
  • Create new Risk Assessments as and when required.
  • Notify CSR and Ops hours and source overtime if required.
  • General Administration duties as required.
  • Perform any other duties within your capabilities as directed by the Company.
Candidate Requirements
  • 1 year or more experience in Customer Service or Hospitality.
  • Self-driven and results oriented with a clear focus on safety and quality.
  • Proactive and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication skills – face to face, telephone – and written communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic individual and passionate about aviation.
  • Flexible and able to manage varying demands and workloads.
  • High levels of presentation, interpersonal skills, discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & numerical skills.
  • Understanding of luxury industry, paying attention to detail and providing a VVIP service.
  • Must hold a valid UK Driving License and have access to their own vehicle.
  • Must meet the requirement to hold a valid airside security pass.
