Overview

We are looking for a Office Assistant to support our Lettings Team at Lancashire Properties. The role is to provide administrative support within the Lettings Team to ensure the smooth and effective running of letting team.

Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Business generation activities
  • Diary management
  • Liaising with clients
  • Providing support to a busy team
  • General office duties including filing, archiving, scanning and typing, answering phone calls, arranging viewings, maintaining client database, use of property software, meet and greet the clients and any other general office tasks.
  • Driving around to carry out various tasks as and when required including viewings
Qualifications and Skills
  • Efficient and well organised with a keen eye for detail

  • Have a good level of IT knowledge, especially Microsoft Office
