One of our long-standing clients who are known globally in the oil and gas industry, are looking to welcome an Office Administrator to their team in Angus.

The ideal candidate will provide a full range of administrative duties for the Operations department, working on multiple activities at the same time within tight timescales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all delivery and equipment notes.
  • Daily use of MS Navision, ensuring records are constantly being monitored and updated.
  • Type up In-House certification.
  • Create DNV list and type up DNV certification.
  • Create certification packs for sales orders.
  • Monitor certification ensuring they are in date and registered correctly on the system.
  • Prepare Work Order job packs.
  • Update personnel training and competency records.
  • Prepare Cargo Summary Tickets.
  • Review and file completed Purchase Orders.
  • Portal updates for dispatches / returns.
  • Send signed Equipment Returns Notes to customers.
  • Complete Asset disposal process.
  • Answer the main phone line and transfer calls in a professional manner.
  • General admin duties across all departments when required.
Qualifications, skills and experience
  • National 5 pass in English & Maths.
  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Experience using MS Navision (desirable but not essential).
