Estate Agent Office Administrator – Package:

  • Up to £30,000 salary dependent on experience
  • Office-based role
  • Monday - Friday

The successful Estate Agent Office Administrator will have experience, ideally in property, and possess a keen eye for detail coupled with a natural sales ability to maximize opportunities and support the team.

Estate Agent Office Administrator – Duties:

  • Overseeing the office and ensuring the office operates smoothly day-to-day
  • Handling general enquiries
  • Managing diary appointments for staff
  • Assisting with day-to-day administration including AML checks, tenancy agreements, and memos of sale
  • Publishing properties on the market via appropriate channels and social media
  • Supporting sales progression when needed
  • Managing overall presentation of the office, including window cards and stationary
  • Ensuring service levels are maintained across the branch at all times

Estate Agent Office Administrator – Experience Needed:

  • A solid background in customer service is essential
  • Previous estate agency experience is desired but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in supporting staff where needed
  • Excellent time management and administration skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
