About The Role

Absolute Recruitment are looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join their clients team based in Congleton. This is a varied role that plays a key part in the smooth running of the office, combining administrative duties with a strong customer service focus. Full training will be given, with the opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks.

The successful candidate will be confident using an in-house system, handling telephone calls, and liaising professionally with customers and suppliers. Working closely with the Production Manager so he can be more hands on.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks using our in-house system
  • Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Communicating with suppliers via phone and emailUpdating and maintaining accurate records and data
  • Processing orders, invoices, or documentation as required
  • Supporting the wider team with general office duties
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in an office administration or customer service role (preferred)

  • Ability to learn and use in-house systems effectively
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Competent with basic IT systems (e.g. email, in house systems which will be trained)
