Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers and service providers.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client records.
- Support compliance and regulatory documentation processes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organised and professional at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident in dealing with clients and maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
Desirable
- Experience working in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or financial software.
