Salary: £25,000 per annum base salary with an OTE of £32,500 - £35,000

Job Overview

Our client is a fast‑growing technology consultancy delivering end‑to‑end digital transformation projects, managed services, and expert staff augmentation across Europe. They’re scaling quickly and are looking for a dynamic individual who can support both their sales growth and internal hiring efforts.

Hybrid role

This role is 50% Sales Administration and 50% Internal Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Administration (50%)
    • Research and identify target clients and key contacts across priority sectors (Financial Services, Fund Administration, Logistics, etc)
    • Build and maintain a prospect database / CRM of companies that align with their service offerings (consulting, managed services, staff augmentation)
  • Internal Talent Acquisition (50%)
    • Work with leadership teams to support internal hiring.
    • Source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and networks, and manage the recruitment lifecycle (screen, schedule, coordinate feedback).
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles.
    • Coordinate onboarding for new internal hires.
    • Support employer branding initiatives (social media, events, internal communications).
Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year experience in an office environment.
  • Strong research and organisational skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication skills and very personable (speaking and writing).
  • Energetic, proactive, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.
  • Extrovert personality.
