Job description

Role: Office Administrator

Salary: £18,000 to £25,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours, hybrid - 2 days in the office, willing to work occasional flexible hours to accommodate our US clients

Contract: Permanent

Location: Brighton, UK

Gems Sampling delivers the highest standard product sampling campaigns for results‑driven brands. Working with some of the most exciting new and established brands such as KIND, Innocent, and Lindt, we are passionate about creating great sampling experiences. Our expertly curated campaigns facilitate memorable experiences at key moments, helping brands engage their target audiences in their natural environments. We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team. You’ll collaborate across departments to support our office and department needs.

Main Duties for the Office Administrator :
  • General office administration and upkeep
  • Support basic financial processes and manage related paperwork
  • Support with social media accounts management and marketing
  • Provide general administrative support to the campaign and implementation team
  • Assist with organising work events
  • Coordinate with partners and manage occasional orders.
  • Follow organisational procedures and assist with varied tasks as required.
Experience essential for the Office Administrator :
  • Previous office administrator role/experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask to support various teams with different tasks
  • Willingness to learn
  • Previous experience organising department and small company events and meetings
Experience additional but not required:
  • Previous marketing admin experience (social media, website updates, email marketing)
  • Previous accounts admin experience (accounts receivable/raising invoices/raising POs)
