Grace Cook Primary School is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the smooth and effective running of our school office alongside the Office Manager supporting both staff and families.

About The Role

You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting staff with various clerical duties. By keeping office processes organized and efficient, you will contribute directly to the productivity of the team and the overall success of Grace Cook’s operations. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach are key to thriving in this role.
