Office Admin Assistant - SEN Support (Margate)

Location: Margate, East Kent

Academics in Canterbury are working with a Good OFSTED-rated primary school in Margate who are seeking a committed and organised Office Admin Assistant to join their SEN department and support the SENCo with essential administrative duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for proactive and detail-focused individuals to play a vital role in helping the school deliver the best possible support for pupils with additional needs.

What you'll do as an Office Admin Assistant:
  • Provide day-to-day admin support within the SEN office
  • Communicate professionally with parents and external agencies via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate pupil records and documentation
  • Assist with data entry and reporting using school systems
  • Support with scheduling, organisation and SEN paperwork
  • Work closely with the SENCo to ensure smooth and efficient processes
What we're looking for:

Role Details
  • Start: ASAP
  • Contract: Until end of Term 2
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm (30-min lunch)
