A leading educational institution in the UK is seeking an Office Administrator to manage the school’s office operations. You will be responsible for communication with parents, pupils, and staff, and supporting the Headmistress. Ideal candidates will possess strong administrative and communication skills. This position plays a key role in maintaining the smooth functioning of the school office and requires commitment to the school's values.
The Office Administrator combines secretarial and administrative duties and is both central to the smooth running of the school and key to successful communication with the entire Birchfield community: parents, pupils and staff. The incumbent is a central point of contact for all communications, internal and external, in this busy school office and will work closely with the Headmistress offering professional and confidential support. Based at the heart of the school, it is essential that the Office Administrator is committed to the school and its values.
To undertake such other duties as are agreed to being in keeping with the general nature of the role.
To be aware of and implement the measures detailed within the School’s Safeguarding Policy and to work with the Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure the welfare and well-being of all pupils at the school.
