Job summary

Anderson Knight Limited in Coatbridge is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their growing team. This hands-on role covers a broad range of administrative and accounts-related duties.

You will manage calls, emails, update records, process invoices, support payroll using Sage, arrange travel, and keep systems up to date while covering reception when required. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and enjoy teamwork. Salary £28,000-£30,000 DOE.

Responsibilities

  • Managing incoming calls, emails and general correspondence.

  • Updating and maintaining internal systems and company records.
  • Processing invoices and supporting the purchase ledger function.
  • Assisting with payroll administration using Sage.
  • Booking travel and accommodation for employees.
  • Processing orders and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinating documentation and ensuring accurate record keeping.
  • Covering reception duties as required.

Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Coatbridge.

Due to continued business growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced and proactive administrator to join their close-knit and supportive team.

This is a varied and fast-paced role offering exposure to a broad range of administrative and accounts-related duties. It would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on position, takes pride in being organised, and is happy to support different areas of the business.

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 DOE

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm | Friday: 8:30am – 2:30pm

The Role

Reporting into the management team, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across the business. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails and general correspondence
  • Providing administrative support to various departments

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
