Job summary

A government-focused technology company is looking for a qualified candidate to provide technical direction for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4OPS) planning. Key responsibilities include developing interoperability requirements and messaging strategies. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in information technology, five or more years of experience in network operations, and must possess or be able to obtain a Secret security clearance. This role requires on-site work in a secure government environment.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret security clearance required or ability to obtain one.
  • Familiarity with handling sensitive government data.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Work location is Camp Humphreys, Korea.
  • Responsible for providing technical direction for C4OPS planning and policy.
  • Responsible for assisting in the development of interoperability and interdependency requirements of systems, networks, and cybersecurity.
  • Responsible for assisting supported organizations in articulating their requirements and recommended C4OPS priorities for battle command/senior leaders.
  • Responsible for developing the organizational messaging strategy for engaging the entire customer base.
  • Responsible for developing Service Level Agreements and Memoranda of Agreement.
Qualifications
Shall possess:

1) Five(5) or more years of experience in network operations and maintenance (O&M) services, a Common Operating Picture (COP), and Secure Internet Protocol Video Teleconferencing (IP VTC) 2) Education: BA/BS in information technology or related discipline 3) Certification: CCNA Security, ITIL V3/V4 4) SECRET Clearance

Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Active Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required.
  • Must be familiar with handling and securing sensitive government data and systems in accordance with DoD and federal policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in information technology or related discipline.
  • Certifications such as SecurityX/CISSP or cloud‑specific (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience supporting DoD contracts or working in defense‑related environments.
Work Environment:
  • May require occasional travel between work centers or to client sites.
  • Some after‑hours or on‑call support may be necessary.
  • Must comply with all DoD and organizational security policies and training.
  • On‑site work in a secure government or contractor facility.
  • Must be able to work in a high‑security environment and comply with all relevant security protocols.
