Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health &Care Trust are looking for a junior Occupational Therapist to join our rotational band 5 programme.
We offer rotations across several community hospitals across Worcestershire, as well as home‑based reablement teams, older agemental health inpatients and stroke rehabilitation.
From March 2026, we are partnering with Worcester Acute Hospitals NHS Trust to offer rotation opportunity across both organisations, offering access to acute and specialist services.
We welcome applications from newly qualified OTs, as well as those with prior experience. We offer preceptorship support for new graduates in addition to on‑the‑job training, career development opportunities and specialist teaching. We have close links with local universities with the opportunity for practice education and regularly support student placements.
Several rotations operate 6‑day services and bank‑holiday cover.

This is a full‑time role.
The roles will involve patient assessment and delivery of occupational therapy interventions to the population of Worcestershire in a variety of clinical settings.
You will be required to assess, treat, and manage a caseload of patients within each service specialty. To assist with case‑load management of the wider MDT or specific individual service requirements.
We would expect you to contribute to high quality, patient‑centred care using evidence‑based knowledge and skill. There will also be an opportunity to assist with service development, and to teach and supervise other clinicians and students and help to shape the future workforce.
