Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join our adult Learning Disability team across the Lancashire and South Cumbria area. The role involves conducting OT assessments, delivering evidence-based interventions, and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and their families.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, with agile and office-based working and flexible patterns to support staff wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Assess the individuals' occupational performance in their environment.
• Provide OT assessments and evidence-based interventions.
• Support individuals and families to engage in everyday activities.
• Develop and review care plans with MDT to monitor progress.
• Deliver workshops and therapeutic groups within local communities.
• Work as part of MDT to ensure high-quality, safe care and wellbeing.
