Are you a qualified or about-to-qualify Occupational Therapist looking for a supportive place to begin or grow your career? Or a Band 5 OT ready for a new challenge? This is an excellent opportunity for an OT with an interest in older adult rehabilitation to join a high-quality ward therapy team, supporting patients to regain independence and return home safely. Based mainly at St Mark's Hospital, Maidenhead, with some cross-cover at Upton Hospital, Slough, you'll join a close-knit inpatient team of OTs, physios and therapy assistants. You'll manage a varied caseload of adults with complex needs and gain valuable experience in a dynamic MDT where learning and development are actively supported. Day to day, you'll be:
