  • Collaborate closely with residential and education staff to embed therapeutic strategies into daily routines and environments.
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary clinical team, supporting integrated care across all aspects of school and home life.
  • Design and deliver staff workshops and consultations, enhancing their knowledge and ability to support therapeutic outcomes.
  • Monitor progress and contribute to personalised care and education plans in partnership with families, educators, and external professionals.
What We’re Looking For
  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with experience in working with children and young people with SEN, ASD, ADHD, and/or trauma backgrounds.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a reflective, proactive approach to service delivery.
  • Ability to conduct assessments and implement interventions within both 1:1 and group settings.
  • A passion for inclusive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based practices.
  • Experience in working within residential care or educational settings (preferred but not essential).
  • Must be comfortable working across both Heighinton sites as required.
