Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join the Adult Social Care team in Blackburn. This locum, full-time role offers a 12-month contract and delivers community-based assessments and interventions to help individuals access appropriate equipment and minor adaptations.

You will collaborate with clients, families and social care professionals to develop personalised support plans, maintain robust records, and contribute to improving community wellbeing in Blackburn

• Conduct community assessments in a local authority setting, identifying needs and recommending both standard and specialist equipment.
• Plan and facilitate equipment and minor adaptations to enhance safety and functionality within clients' homes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records in line with professional and legal standards.
