Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust expanded its Band 5 Occupational Therapy rotation posts across Winchester, Andover and Basingstoke sites, offering a variety of rotations in surgery, ED, medicine, cardiology, elderly care, hand therapy, orthopaedics and stroke. You’ll be supported by experienced clinicians to develop skills and progress your career.

Job summary

We are excited to be able to expand our current rotations and as a result, recruit to our Band 5 Occupational Therapy posts at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

There are opportunities to rotate across our Winchester, Andover and Basingstoke sites on a variety of rotations and specialities throughout the patient pathway. These settings include surgery, ED, medicine, cardiology, elderly care, hand therapy, orthopaedics including trauma and elective, and stroke.

A rotation is a great way to begin your career or to continue developing your existing skills at a Band 5 level. You will be supported by experienced clinicians who will teach you the skills you need to deliver excellent patient care and progress your career.

Main duties of the job

Assess and treat a variety of conditions across all rotations whilst working as part of a wider therapy team to promote and develop evidence-based care.

You will be expected to be partake in 7-day working and the in-service training rota as required.
