Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a Local Authority Blue Badge Team in the UK. The role involves carrying out mobility and functional assessments for Blue Badge applications and reviewing medical records.

You will produce clear, evidence-based assessment reports, communicate outcomes professionally to applicants, maintain accurate records, and work with council departments to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• Current HCPC registration.
• Experience in NHS, community, rehabilitation, or local authority settings.
• Strong assessment, report-writing, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Occupational Therapist – Blue Badge Team

Location: Our client (Local Authority)

Rate: £32 per hour Umbrella

Contract: 3-Month Ongoing Contract

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
