Job overview

The Community Mental Health Dulwich Team is a dynamic, multidisciplinary team supporting adults with complex mental health needs across Southwark. Based at St Giles House, Camberwell - we’re seeking acreative and forward-thinking Occupational Therapistto join us full-time.

This is a valued role in a well-established service, where you’ll empower clients to reach recovery goals, build confidence, and regain independence. The OT will work collaboratively with individuals, supporting them to co-produce interventions that optimise recovery and bring more meaning and purpose to daily living.

The successful candidate will receive:

  • Line management supervision from the Team Manager.
  • Professional supervision from the Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist for community services.
  • Regular Peer Support from the Southwark Community OT network, including regular CPD and training opportunities – sharing resources, practice approach ideas and evidence-based interventions.
