Ambitious about Autism in Brighton is seeking a HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will assess needs, design and deliver intervention programmes across universal, targeted, and intensive levels, and contribute to EHCP outcomes.

You will collaborate with families, educators and other professionals to improve wellbeing and independence for autistic children and young people.

Qualifications

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Experience working with autistic children and young people.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions across universal, targeted, and intensive levels of support.
  • Assess needs and develop/implement individual and group programmes.
  • Contribute to EHCP outcomes.

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team and help children and young people overcome barriers to learning, independence, and wellbeing.

In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions across universal, targeted, and intensive levels of support. You will assess needs, develop and implement individual and group programmes, contribute to EHCP outcomes, and work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to improve outcomes for autistic young people with additional needs.

We are seeking an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with a degree in Occupational Therapy and experience working with autistic children and young people. You will be a compassionate, person-centred practitioner who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to continuous professional development.

We are looking for an individual who will:

  • BSc in Occupational Therapy
  • Designs and implements impactful intervention programmes and works effectively with those who implement them to ensure fidelity
  • Able to work autonomously to promote the progression of the OT service in line with the ambitious approach
  • Reflects critically, appraising own performance, accepting and responding positively to feedback from supervision.
