Siemens Mobility is hiring a Health & Wellbeing Specialist to join the UK EHS team. You will act as the central contact for RSCS employees and managers, guiding health and wellbeing resources and occupational hygiene services.

Siemens Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Health & Wellbeing Specialist to join our UK EHS team.
In this pivotal role, you'll act as the central point of contact for Rolling Stock Customer Services (RSCS) employees, managers, stakeholders and external partners, providing guidance and signposting to health and wellbeing resources, occupational hygiene services, and specialist internal and external support.
Working closely with the Heads of EHS and the wider Siemens Mobility EHS team, you'll play a key role in delivering our health and wellbeing strategy, ensuring we meet our obligations while fostering a positive, supportive and healthy working environment for our people.
Whilst location independent, this role requires a large amount of visibility throughout the whole of the RSCS and SMO UK businesses, including an average of 3 days per week in a variety of RSCS locations throughout the UK.
Your role profile may vary from time to time in accordance with business needs. Your annual objective setting with your line manager will outline any additional responsibilities required to meet business or individual development needs for the forthcoming financial year.
